Whatever it is, I’m against it
Pro-Palestinian protests continue on college campuses around the country with some students even traveling from their home campuses to support their brethren at other schools.
Columbia students Jill Nestlebrook and Cathy Crumby recently attended protests at NYU to support the cause. When asked what the cause was, Nestlebrook said, “Uh, to get NYU to stop whatever they are doing. I don’t exactly know what they are doing, but they need to knock it off right now. If they don’t, we’re enrolling here next semester. That is not an idle threat.”
Crumby added, “I wish I were more educated, but we go to Columbia, we get what we deserve. It’s a good thing I’ll never have to pay back my student loan.”
The two students then left to join a large crowd chanting, “What do we want? We don’t know! When do we want it? Now!”
